Started in 1949, the Munich Bakery Show IBA is the No.1 professional bakery fair in the international bakery industry and is held once every three years. The organizer is German Handicrafts Exhibition and Fair GmbH (GHM) and German Bakers' Confederation. At every German Bakery Show, the best bakers from all over the world present their machines, equipment, products and services as well as new technologies perfectly.
